Lycra People

A Lycra is what many humans transformed into after Chin-Chin unleashed his wrath. Intelligence was lowered and chromosomes grew rampant. The new species of man integrated themselves into our society, and have been living with us ever since. 

Some lycra people develop mutations, such as Lemon (A lemon shaped head) and Mr. Magic Man (shitty swimming goggles fused with his eyes). The cause of these mutations is unknown, but many Lycra suffer from these strange additions.
