Realm 90, also known as the Grasslands, is a realm where Chin-Chin and the United Realms have settled their headquarters. There, they govern all the realms and their subsidiary locations within them under the Dark Lord's control.

The flora of this realm is mostly composed of weeds and waist-height grasses as well as broad-leaved tree-like plants that resemble oak and sugar maple trees. In other areas, descendants of mosses such as cape thread-moss and greater featherwort grow to about a few inches tall in patches of varying size. Large patches of bare ground in varying places of the realm also suggest that Realm 90 is also used for agriculture and the production of corn.

United Realms Conference Center

Frank attends a meeting with Chin-Chin in the United Realms Conference Center

Not much is known about the United Realms itself, only that Realm 90 is where the headquarters are located. In WORST FILM EVER, Frank comes here to speak with Chin-Chin about curing Dade. The meeting took place in the UR Conference Center.

Realm 90's Maximum Security Prison

It is also said that this realm has a mysterious prison full of weeaboos located in the outskirts of this realm, which is said that Frank, Pink Guy, Red Dick, and Salamander Man were held captive. Realm 90 is also where Wheelz and his girlfriend lives by now.

Fake Frank's Hunting Grounds

In FILTHY FRANK VS CHIN CHIN, it is revealed that Fake Frank owns a personal airport and shooting range in this realm, meaning that he possibly owns a seasonal residence out there. This is where he sets off on a hunt to kill Frank, but eventually Real Frank defeats him in The Battle of Jew Central with the help of Mr. Negi Generation 3000.

Trivia

• The United Realms Conference Center has a whiteboard with foul messages written on it, such as "FUCK SONNY BAUTISTA", a table, and some chairs. It also has a water cup, presumably used to summon Chin-Chin.
