The Ruby Ranger is a character on The Filthy Frank Show who wears a power ranger outfit. Like Alien Man, Frank calls him "Junior" when they are horny. In the video "GANGNAM STYLE - PINK GUY", Pink Guy calls him "Dad" towards the end. According to the description of the 2012 DizastaMusic video "THE AMAZING SALAD-MANDER MAN ," Red Ranger is (or at least was at the time) friends with Salad-mander Man.

He was there with Pink Guy, Creepy Dude (Chin-Chin) and Alien Man during the first Harlem Shake. He seems to be a very sexual and violent entity as he is often seen beating or raping another character. He is a very fond of the Air Fuck Dance.
He once raped Salamander Man in the ass. In Ask Frank #4, it was revealed he had, at least once, hardcore anal sex with Frank (Frank being the passive one).
Ever since Frank moved channels, Red Ranger hasn't appeared in a video since, leading people to speculate that he along with Alien Man have moved out.
