A stapler is basically an object used to clip multiple sheets of paper together, basically used inside an office. However, in the Filthy Frank universe, it is actually used as a firearm.

The first use of a stapler as a weapon was seen in "FILTHY FRANK CHRISTMAS SPECTACULAR (ABSOLUTELY FILTHY)" where Jamal enters Frank's room with Santa's Brother inside robbing the place. Jamal felt disturbed about this and pulled out a stapler. Frank claims that he can't do anything with this. However, Jamal still managed to kill Santa's Brother with it as a machine gun.
Due to this, it is proven that a stapler is a good alternative to a firearm, as it would still be used as a firearm that gives decent damage to somebody, in example Santa's Brother's bloody death. Two benefits are that you don't have to spend thousands of dollars for a firearm and you don't need to carry a gun license for it. However, as Frank claimed that he can't do anything with it, it is hard to operate, meaning that Jamal is possibly the only one who is able to use it to kill his enemies.
